UCF Football Announces Major Non-Conference Series

They already proved it earlier this season when they dominated the Stanford Cardinal.Now, the Knights have scheduled a home-and-home series against an exciting Group of Five opponent.UCF and Boise State will play in 2021 and 2023. The first game of the series will be played in Orlando with the following in Boise.Here’s the official announcement: 🐴 ⚔️2021 – Orlando 🏝️2023 – Boise 🔵🔗 https://t.co/EVP7YFTHhn#BleedBlue pic.twitter.com/EpmSo9DgOJ— Boise State Football (@BroncoSportsFB) September 24, 2019Boise State athletic director Curt Apsey made the official announcement on Tuesday morning.“We are excited to have this series on the schedule, and thrilled to be able to bring our fans another marquee game on The Blue,” Apsey said, via broncosports.com. “I believe this is a match-up that college football fans throughout the country want to see, and one that our student-athletes will be excited to play.”The two teams will get a chance to prove which is the better Group of Five team. The Boise State Broncos play in the Mountain West Conference. UCF plays in the American Athletic Conference.It’s safe to say this series will feature some of the better games of the 2021 and 2023 seasons.
