McCartney will also hit 30 Rockefeller Plaza tonight, September 6th, for a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In addition, if you happen to be buying a ticket for the New York subway system this week, the ticketing machine may just give you a special piece of Paul McCartney memorabilia: custom promotional Paul McCartney MetroCards. Sir Paul has been building the anticipation for his new album for months. Since the album’s announcement in June, McCartney has shared several singles from the LP, including “I Don’t Know”, “Come On To Me”, and the innuendo-centered “Fuh You“. He’s also done a number of promotional appearances to promote the release, including a nostalgically staged stroll across Abbey Road and a tear-jerking “Carpool Karaoke” segment with late-night TV host James Corden.In addition, McCartney has begun rolling out dates for his ‘Freshen Up’ Tour, marking his first full-blown live shows since his 2016–2017 ‘One On One’ Tour.
